Like I keep saying, in the utilities investing world you have to recycle your capital after making an annual return in less than a year. So we hit 10% on Sempra - which is about our annual target for a utility - and will move on.
I think It's worth ~$140/share - so there's still upside left. But The risk/reward isn't as compelling as it was back below $120/share. And I think there will be another shot to buy below $120.
