Shorts are a bit hard to find after the latest dump, but Australia has recovered some since the recent lows. And it's a commodity country experiencing its first recession in 30 years. I see commodities being generally weak, especially energy commodities, and think this could lead to more selling of Australian equities.
This is a short-leash trade. I'll be right or wrong pretty quick.
