They see partnering with utilities and and taking risk utilities don't want or can't take as their calling card. A partnership approach where both sides win. Think of all the branded gas stations on the interstate system. EVGO plans to be one of the big EV charging stations.

So I'll buy a lotto ticket on a company that has high hopes.
